Refund Policy
Effective August 18, 2026. Counsel must review this before you rely on it. It is not legal advice.
This policy restates Section 6.6 of the Terms Of Service. If the two ever differ, Section 6.6 of the Terms controls.
6.6. Refunds
The listed price is $20.00 USD per year per appraiser account. Because the annual price is low, we generally do not refund a period after it has started. Canceling stops future charges. If you were charged in error, or if you walk away under Section 4 of the Terms after a conflict notice and were charged solely for that selection period in error, contact support@umpireselect.com and we will review the charge.
Until paid billing is live, accounts are complimentary and no card is charged. There is nothing to refund.
