Acceptable Use Policy

Use Umpire Select only to nominate umpires, strike names, and run the published draw for a genuine property insurance appraisal in which you are authorized to act.

• Submit false names, firms, signatures, or claim identifiers.
• Probe, scrape, or reverse engineer the draw in order to predict or steer a live selection.
• Use an operator admin account as a party to a selection, or administer a selection you are on.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or harass other users or nominated umpires.
• Upload sensitive data that is not needed to identify a claim and run a selection.
• Hold yourself out as Nuwave Adjusting Inc or as Umpire Select when you are not.

We may suspend or close an account, void an incomplete selection, or refuse a request when this policy is broken. A completed draw is not rerun.
