E-Sign Consent

Effective August 18, 2026. Counsel must review this before you rely on it. It is not legal advice.

This consent is shown before your first electronic signature on a selection. It is part of the Terms Of Service.

1. Consent

You agree that typing your legal name, checking a box, and clicking send, accept, or consent is your electronic signature. You intend it to have the same effect as a wet-ink signature on paper. You consent to receive records of that signature electronically.

2. What You Are Signing

On a selection you may sign the Participation Agreement (when you send or accept a request) and consent to the random draw. Nuwave Adjusting Inc is not a party to the appraisal. Umpire Select stores the signed name, time, and IP with the selection record.

3. Paper Copies And Withdrawal

You may download court records from the claim file after a draw. You may withdraw this consent by emailing legal@umpireselect.com, but that does not void a signature you already made, and you may not be able to finish a live selection without electronic signing.
