Draft 2 — posted for counsel review. Not in force until public launch. Changes from the first draft include calling the PDF a record (not a court record), Account Settings instead of Admin Panel, redaction instead of anonymisation, a 10-year retention placeholder for counsel, rights and appeal mechanics, cookies, children, insured/umpire plain language, and this archive.

Draft 1 — short policy that used “court record,” described anonymisation, and pointed appraisers to Admin Panel. Superseded by Draft 2.
